With over 25 years’ expe­ri­ence in every aspect of the real estate indus­try, Nils Hüben­er is one of the most promi­nent figures in Euro­pean invest­ment and asset management.

He gained inter­na­tion­al expe­ri­ence at an early stage of his career at IBI Real Estate in Berlin, London and Paris, before join­ing Deutsche Bank Real Estate as Head of Trans­ac­tions for West­ern and South­ern Europe. He then held long-stand­ing pan-Euro­pean key posi­tions at SEB Asset Manage­ment as Head of Real Estate Manage­ment and at BNP Paribas REIM as Glob­al Chief Invest­ment Offi­cer. He then served as CIO, respon­si­ble for Euro­pean invest­ment and asset manage­ment, at Corestate Capi­tal in Luxem­bourg. Most recent­ly, as Chief Exec­u­tive Offi­cer of the Dr. Peters Group, he over­saw the compa­ny’s strate­gic realign­ment and expan­sion. He is current­ly support­ing Noratis AG in its ongo­ing restruc­tur­ing as a non-exec­u­tive CIO, while also advis­ing inter­na­tion­al investors on their activ­i­ties in Germany.

He obtained a degree in urban and region­al plan­ning from the Tech­ni­cal Univer­si­ty of Berlin and Oxford Brookes Univer­si­ty, and a master’s degree in Euro­pean Prop­er­ty Devel­op­ment & Plan­ning from the renowned Univer­si­ty College London.

His exper­tise covers the entire insti­tu­tion­al real estate invest­ment value chain – from acquir­ing and struc­tur­ing complex trans­ac­tions to manag­ing assets and port­fo­lios inter­na­tion­al­ly. His multi­lin­gual­ism strength­ens his endeav­our to build bridges between markets, cultures and investors. In addi­tion to German, he is fluent in English and French.

Prof. Holger Hagge has been one of the lead­ing figures in the German real estate indus­try for many decades. Combin­ing entre­pre­neur­ial vision with scien­tif­ic prin­ci­ples, he is an expert in archi­tec­ture, project devel­op­ment, asset manage­ment, sustain­able construc­tion and urban development.

Follow­ing his train­ing as an engi­neer and busi­ness econ­o­mist, Prof. Hagge spent six years work­ing for the Dutch investor MAB – later MAB Bouw­fonds (Rabo Bank Group) – as Manag­ing Direc­tor for Germany. During this time, he devel­oped and imple­ment­ed sever­al major projects, includ­ing the Schiller­haus, Palais Quarti­er or MyZeil in Frank­furt am Main, the Hotel Meliá in Berlin, the Messe­haus in Leipzig, and the Talk­line head­quar­ters in Elmshorn.

From 2006 to 2012, he was Glob­al Head of Build­ing & Work­place Devel­op­ment at Deutsche Bank AG. In this role, he was respon­si­ble for major projects world­wide, includ­ing in Hong Kong, India, Singa­pore, the USA and Europe. In Germany, he over­saw the reno­va­tion of the Deutsche Bank AG head­quar­ters in Frank­furt am Main, a project with an approx­i­mate budget of €550 million. Under his lead­er­ship, new work­place designs and infra­struc­ture strate­gies were also imple­ment­ed as part of the bank’s glob­al work­place strategy.

In 2012, Prof. Hagge took on the posi­tion of Manag­ing Direc­tor at OVG GmbH & Co. KG, based in Berlin and Frank­furt am Main. During this time, the new PwC repre­sen­ta­tive office in the Humboldt Carré complex in Berlin-Mitte (project volume approx. €145 million) was devel­oped, realised and hand­ed over to the PwC pension fund.

From 2015 to 2018, as a manag­ing part­ner and private investor, he over­saw the devel­op­ment, imple­men­ta­tion and sale of eight apart­ments in two city villas in Frank­furt am Main, with an invest­ment volume of €12 million. During this peri­od, he also served as manag­ing direc­tor of WinX GmbH & Co. Immo­bilien KG, advis­ing owners on private and commer­cial real estate issues and investments.

From 2020 to 2022, Prof. Hagge was the manag­ing direc­tor of Arti­sa Group AG in Lugano, Switzer­land. In this role, he led the compa­ny’s market entry in Germany, the Nether­lands, and Austria as a prop­er­ty devel­op­er. During this peri­od, almost 700 apart­ments were complet­ed in Berlin, Frank­furt am Main and Essen. Since 2022, he has advised the group as a senior advi­sor and member of the advi­so­ry board on further expan­sion. Since 2024, he has advised vari­ous foun­da­tions and compa­nies in Germany and abroad on real estate strate­gies and port­fo­lio issues.

Prof. Hagge is current­ly partic­u­lar­ly commit­ted to the sustain­able trans­for­ma­tion of the real estate sector. He sits on the Real Estate Commit­tee of the German Sustain­able Build­ing Coun­cil (DGNB), where he cham­pi­ons ecolog­i­cal stan­dards, inno­v­a­tive concepts, and long-term sustain­able solu­tions. As an expert speak­er at indus­try events, he provides valu­able insights into the future of construc­tion and hous­ing. His unique work combines econom­ic excel­lence with ecolog­i­cal ratio­nal­i­ty and cultur­al sensi­tiv­i­ty, setting a bench­mark for the future-orient­ed devel­op­ment of the real estate industry.

Thomas Roder­mann is one of the most influ­en­tial figures in Euro­pean finance. Over decades, he has gained expe­ri­ence in top posi­tions at inter­na­tion­al banks. He combines strate­gic fore­sight with a deep under­stand­ing of the dynam­ics of glob­al markets. He has many years of expe­ri­ence in finance and asset manage­ment and has held vari­ous posi­tions in exec­u­tive manage­ment and super­vi­so­ry boards.

He began his career in 1984 with a bank­ing appren­tice­ship at the Sparkassen organ­i­sa­tion. He then stud­ied bank­ing at the Sparkasse­nakademie Schloss Wald­hausen while work­ing. In 1990, he moved to Dres­d­ner Bank AG, where he worked for a total of 16 years in private and retail bank­ing as well as wealth and asset manage­ment. As Head of Private Bank­ing in partic­u­lar, he shaped the bank’s strate­gic direc­tion for many years. He took on further respon­si­bil­i­ties as a member of the super­vi­so­ry boards of Advance Bank and Dres­d­ner Direkt Service GmbH and, most recent­ly, as Co-Head of Wealth Management.

In 2006, Thomas Roder­mann moved to Deutsche Bank AG. As a member of the Private and Busi­ness Clients Exec­u­tive Commit­tee, he was glob­al­ly respon­si­ble for the invest­ment and capi­tal markets busi­ness as well as for the insur­ance busi­ness of the private and busi­ness client divi­sion. In 2011, he was appoint­ed CEO of Deutsche Bank Privat- und Geschäft­skun­den AG. In this role, he was a member of the super­vi­so­ry boards of DWS Group and Zurich Insur­ance Compa­ny Ltd, among others.

In 2015, he joined UBS Deutsch­land AG as CEO and was appoint­ed CEO of UBS Europe SE when it was found­ed in 2016. In this role, he was respon­si­ble for Euro­pean wealth and asset manage­ment outside the home market of Switzer­land and was also Chair­man of the Super­vi­so­ry Board of UBS Asset Manage­ment Deutschland.

Build­ing on this, he joined Quin­tet Private Bank, based in Luxem­bourg, as a part­ner. As a member of the Manage­ment Commit­tee and CEO Wealth Manage­ment Europe, he was once again respon­si­ble for estab­lish­ing a unified Euro­pean wealth manage­ment organ­i­sa­tion, follow­ing the exam­ple of UBS Europe SE. After complet­ing the start-up phase, he final­ly decid­ed to take up a posi­tion as Senior Advi­sor in 2024. he Since then, has been advis­ing finan­cial insti­tu­tions, private equi­ty investors and fami­ly offices on their invest­ment deci­sions and on strate­gic and oper­a­tional issues.
