After sever­al years in the broad­er real estate indus­try, Daniel entered the consult­ing market in 2006. He was instru­men­tal in the creation and devel­op­ment of the current market lead­ing compa­ny in specialised person­nel consult­ing for the real estate indus­try in Germany, before accept­ing the part­ner­ship at Valdivia.

For more than a decade, Daniel Bauer has been specialised in Exec­u­tive Search, work­ing on behalf of nation­al and inter­na­tion­al compa­nies (Corpo­rates as well as medi­um and small compa­nies). Daniel has been part of more than five hundred search mandates cover­ing lead­ing posi­tions, i.e. posi­tions on C‑level, MDs, Part­ners, Branch and Depart­ment Heads, Direc­tors as well as specialised experts.

Later on, she was involved in numer­ous nation­al and inter­na­tion­al finance and real estate projects. She supports the place­ment of exec­u­tives in nation­al and inter­na­tion­al corpo­ra­tions as well as in SMEs.

At Valdivia, he supports us in engage­ment manage­ment and as a research analyst for all areas of our exec­u­tive search — i.e. the prop­er­ty indus­try, the construc­tion indus­try and the finan­cial sector. He moni­tors devel­op­ments in these sectors across the board and iden­ti­fies rele­vant and promis­ing trends and market movements.

Nils Hübener

With over 25 years’ expe­ri­ence in every aspect of the real estate indus­try, Nils Hüben­er is one of the most promi­nent figures in Euro­pean invest­ment and asset management.

He gained inter­na­tion­al expe­ri­ence at an early stage of his career at IBI Real Estate in Berlin, London and Paris, before join­ing Deutsche Bank Real Estate as Head of Trans­ac­tions for West­ern and South­ern Europe. He then held long-stand­ing pan-Euro­pean key posi­tions at SEB Asset Manage­ment as Head of Real Estate Manage­ment and at BNP Paribas REIM as Glob­al Chief Invest­ment Offi­cer. He then served as CIO, respon­si­ble for Euro­pean invest­ment and asset manage­ment, at Corestate Capi­tal in Luxem­bourg. Most recent­ly, as Chief Exec­u­tive Offi­cer of the Dr. Peters Group, he over­saw the compa­ny’s strate­gic realign­ment and expan­sion. He is current­ly support­ing Noratis AG in its ongo­ing restruc­tur­ing as a non-exec­u­tive CIO, while also advis­ing inter­na­tion­al investors on their activ­i­ties in Germany.

He obtained a degree in urban and region­al plan­ning from the Tech­ni­cal Univer­si­ty of Berlin and Oxford Brookes Univer­si­ty, and a master’s degree in Euro­pean Prop­er­ty Devel­op­ment & Plan­ning from the renowned Univer­si­ty College London.

His exper­tise covers the entire insti­tu­tion­al real estate invest­ment value chain – from acquir­ing and struc­tur­ing complex trans­ac­tions to manag­ing assets and port­fo­lios inter­na­tion­al­ly. His multi­lin­gual­ism strength­ens his endeav­our to build bridges between markets, cultures and investors. In addi­tion to German, he is fluent in English and French.

Prof. Holger Hagge

Prof. Holger Hagge has been one of the lead­ing figures in the German real estate indus­try for many decades. Combin­ing entre­pre­neur­ial vision with scien­tif­ic prin­ci­ples, he is an expert in archi­tec­ture, project devel­op­ment, asset manage­ment, sustain­able construc­tion and urban development.

Follow­ing his train­ing as an engi­neer and busi­ness econ­o­mist, Prof. Hagge spent six years work­ing for the Dutch investor MAB – later MAB Bouw­fonds (Rabo Bank Group) – as Manag­ing Direc­tor for Germany. During this time, he devel­oped and imple­ment­ed sever­al major projects, includ­ing the Schiller­haus, Palais Quarti­er or MyZeil in Frank­furt am Main, the Hotel Meliá in Berlin, the Messe­haus in Leipzig, and the Talk­line head­quar­ters in Elmshorn.

With over 25 years’ expe­ri­ence in every aspect of the real estate indus­try, Nils Hüben­er is one of the most promi­nent figures in Euro­pean invest­ment and asset management.

He gained inter­na­tion­al expe­ri­ence at an early stage of his career at IBI Real Estate in Berlin, London and Paris, before join­ing Deutsche Bank Real Estate as Head of Trans­ac­tions for West­ern and South­ern Europe. He then held long-stand­ing pan-Euro­pean key posi­tions at SEB Asset Manage­ment as Head of Real Estate Manage­ment and at BNP Paribas REIM as Glob­al Chief Invest­ment Offi­cer. He then served as CIO, respon­si­ble for Euro­pean invest­ment and asset manage­ment, at Corestate Capi­tal in Luxem­bourg. Most recent­ly, as Chief Exec­u­tive Offi­cer of the Dr. Peters Group, he over­saw the compa­ny’s strate­gic realign­ment and expan­sion. He is current­ly support­ing Noratis AG in its ongo­ing restruc­tur­ing as a non-exec­u­tive CIO, while also advis­ing inter­na­tion­al investors on their activ­i­ties in Germany.

He obtained a degree in urban and region­al plan­ning from the Tech­ni­cal Univer­si­ty of Berlin and Oxford Brookes Univer­si­ty, and a master’s degree in Euro­pean Prop­er­ty Devel­op­ment & Plan­ning from the renowned Univer­si­ty College London.
